What this is

aarttsii is a one person crochet studio based in India. Every piece is made entirely by hand, one stitch at a time. When you place an order or commission through this site, you are agreeing to these terms. Nothing scary, just the basics.

Orders & commissions

Ready pieces from the catalogue ship as they are. Commission orders are custom work based on whatever you send us. An image, a screenshot, a fever dream Pinterest board. We will give you an estimate before we start, and nothing happens until you say yes.

Estimates are generated using AI and are approximate. The final price might shift slightly if we discover hidden complexity mid project (think: "oh this character has 47 tiny spots"). We will always check with you before exceeding the quoted range.

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, crafting begins and cancellations are not possible. See our shipping & cancellation page for details.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). For commissions, we may request partial or full payment upfront before we pick up the hook. This is not a trust issue, it is a yarn budget issue.

Production time

Handmade means handmade. Most pieces take 1 to 3 weeks depending on size and how elaborate your taste is. We will keep you posted on progress. Rush orders? Not a thing. Quality takes whatever time it takes.

What you get

Crochet is handmade by nature. Small variations in stitch tension, colour shade, and shape are not defects. They are proof that a real human made this and not a machine in a warehouse. Your piece will match the reference closely but will never be an identical copy because that is literally impossible with yarn and hands.

Intellectual property

Designs, photography, and content on this site belong to us. Show off your piece all you want. Tag us, we love that. Just do not reproduce our patterns, images, or designs for commercial use. We will be sad and also annoyed.

Liability

We genuinely care about every piece but we are a tiny studio, not a multinational. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs issues for international orders.

Changes to these terms

We may update these as we grow. The date at the top tells you when they were last touched. If you keep using the site after changes, that counts as accepting them.
