Shipping
We ship across India. Every order is packed carefully because we spent hours making the thing inside and we are not about to let a cardboard box ruin it. You will get a tracking link once your order ships.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location, after the piece is ready. For commissions, add the making time (1 to 3 weeks) before shipping even starts.
International orders
We can ship internationally on request. Message us before ordering so we can figure out costs and timelines together. Customs duties and import taxes are on you.
Cancellation
You have a 24 hour window after placing your order to cancel it. After that, work begins and cancellations are no longer possible. This applies to all orders because nothing here is premade. Every single piece is crafted from scratch after you order it.
You can cancel from your orders page if the window is still open. Once it closes, it closes. No exceptions.
Returns & refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds. Every piece is handmade with intention and most orders are custom, so there is no "put it back on the shelf" option here.
The one exception: if your order is genuinely lost in transit and never shows up, we will work with you on a partial refund. You will need to give us reasonable time to trace it with the courier first.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or stitch pattern are part of handmade work. They are features, not bugs.
